Letterkenny Industrial Development Authority (LIDA)
In preparation for BRAC property leasing and transfer an Environmental Baseline Study was completed in 1996 that provides a comprehensive collection of all environmental information regarding the facility. In addition a NEPA Environmental Assessment (January 1998) provided "a finding of no significant impact" regarding the proposed redevelopment of the park.
These reports are available as public information at the Coyle Free Library, 102 North Main Street, Chambersburg, PA. An additional public repository of all environmental reports pertaining to the Letterkenny Army Depot is available by appointment at the LEAD, Environmental Management Division (717) 267-9690.
