Letterkenny Industrial Development Authority (LIDA)

LIDA STAFF

A staff of six full time and one part-time professionals serve the Letterkenny Industrial Development Authority (LIDA). Staff support is provided to the Franklin County General Authority by the LIDA staff through a cooperative agreement.
JOHN VAN HORN serves as the Executive Director of Lida adn FCGA. He also has primary responsibility for coordination of all environmental issues and land use control strategies.
JUDITH CHAMBERS serves as the Utilities Program Manager responsible for all utility issues and system transfers.
CINDY LAWVER serves as the Financial Manager.
KIP FELDMAN serves as the Real Estate Manager responsible for all property sales or leases. He is also the Executive Director for the Cumberland Valley Business Park Association.
MICHAEL WHITELEY serves as the Facilities Manager overseeing all building management and contract administration.
